It is my understanding that the phone system isn’t first-in, first-out. In other words a pilot might be the first to call in but another pilot who calls in second will get connected to a scheduler first. Not sure what logic it uses to distribute inbound calls but that’s what I’ve been told.

But there was no time for this to go to MEMRAT!

remember the MEC 17 is smarter than the 17000 so they already thought of everything good and told us to eat up

this is what we get from a broken process

a broken remedy without any real future

it’s not a process problem. It’s a participation/vetting problem.

If you’re not contacting your local reps every time you see a problem, you’re part of the problem. Let them know so they can investigate, warn the offender before harsher measures are taken. Remember, we are agency shop and you must be a member or the company must terminate employment. As soon as one pilot gets article 8 charges and gets terminated, this crap will stop.

That’s someone I would love to find a way to kick out of the union. Because they have no idea what that word means.
I would love to find a way to fire them too, but that’s just me.

He said the exact same thing to us in the ATL lounge a few weeks ago. It’s not getting followed at all and people are raking in the M7 well above WS limit.

This is true. I have been on hold and called from a second phone. The second phone connected first while my first phone call was still on hold.
