Really hope we hear something today from yesterday’s meeting. Feels like the last point to get something short term or settle in for full contract negotiations.

This is an old, tired trope that really doesn't have any basis in reality anymore. In fact, I've heard c44 reps have been increasingly more hostile to upper management in their dealings

As in not accounting for it with staffing models etc. or as in not paying/crediting it properly?
