100% agree with this and all of your post. I should have clarified in my post, that I agree that this is mostly a problem of their own making. My original post was simply stating that RG is right on one thing, behaviors have changed drastically and its easy to see. Those changes are a direct result of their decisions, but there have been significant changes and the company has reacted poorly to them.

I'm going with we're not getting a quick deal now. The timing won't work for fixing the summer (it wouldn't really be in effect until August 1st with getting info out, voting window, etc) By then, the bulk of the summer is done.
Me too. My Rep said the MEC directed the NC to keep trying for a couple more weeks, and they’ll assess again at the regular MEC meeting early next month.

But the optimism seemed low…

My question is, are these artificially created broken trip numbers being incorrectly counted towards the pilot behavior metric that RG is communicating to management?
You can't believe anything that he says. Almost all of it is company controlled.

It’s so infuriating how they gaslight us, and completely avoid all accountability or responsibility, as if we aren’t paying attention. “Don’t believe your lying eyes”.

so frustrating, because we want this company to succeed, and stay on top. But I fear it is inevitable with this management that we will not.

We can’t dine out on our reputation much longer. Sooner or later we are going to get stuck with a very ugly bill.

That's the thing.. 99% of us want Delta to thrive. And we all show up everyday ready to do our jobs as proficiently as we can while taking care of each other and our customers. To see the constant gaslighting and antagonizing and mismanagement from our leaders is so frustrating. My faith in any management higher than LCA is basically zero. I know there are still a few rare good guys out there, but man it's frustrating.

People doing close-in swapping aren't affected by SS. Generally they are taking a trip on their line later in the month and swapping it for broken trips that pop up between 0700 2 days prior and 0700 a day prior. No 0XXX rotations are tagged as SS.

Ah, so they're wildcard swapping?

Not necessarily. Just check OT a few minutes before each PCS run to see if there are any trips you want to try for and if so put in a swap specifically for them.

The rep in the ATL lounge this morning sounded like if a deal is going to be made, it would take a complete 180 from what they’ve gotten from the company so far, and quickly. He seemed unimpressed and as you said, very low optimism.

So be it.

Hopefully they have enough foresight to realize they need a deal soon just to hold the Christmas holiday flying together.
