Well, first thing I noticed was the photoshopped wording.

Then I noticed the man-hands and furry forearms. Which reminds me of the line from Sling Blade "I like a woman with hairy arms..."

Then I noticed how the tanlines (if real) are biased toward the left. And we all know what that means. :D
