Could you tell me exactly how much leverage we had?
How much were those maintenance costs?
Also, what was the total value of our contractual gains?
If you would show your math, that would be great.

Or are you just shooting from the hip?

I would point you to the analysis done by the Council 1, 20 and 54 (FO) reps. Their letters go into a LOT of detail, so I encourage you to read them for yourself. They are convienently available, on the ALPA website, in the Library section.

Since any DALPA pilot has access to them, there is no point in reposting the data. The updates in question start on 5/25/12.

This TA allowed debt to be restructured. That will allow the growth. Not what you see in it.

In the AMS roadshow a comment was made about our debt being "near" our target number. If true, that's a lot lower and a lot quicker than the projections.....

Something else, a 10% margin is also the holy grail that must be attained, we are at 7-8% now. Once we get there we get lower financing rates. Our annual interest on debt has also declined substantially. Be patient my lads, I think good things will be coming our way. If you look at the start of the last four decades, they have not been good for the airline industry. 1970's-Arab oil embargo, 1980's-controllers strike and recession, 1990's Gulf War and recession, well you get the picture. That we are profitable and have not furloughed durong a recession is a good thing.

Is anyone going to one of these road shows? Please ask about these inconsistent staffing memos. Memos that swing from 7000 newhires to 3300 in 2 months seem odd to me.

If you think getting fired as a referee for the Lingerie Football League means you’ve lost the best job imaginable, have no fear — you can always get a job officiating NFL games.

The LFL had been keeping silent about the replacement referees in the NFL until early Tuesday morning.

In August, Deadspin reached out to the league for comment about a rumor that some of the refs had been fired. After the controversial Packers versus Seahawks outcome Monday night,... (for more click on the link)

Currently leadership gives bad news; no growth et al, a little churn in the leadership ranks, good news arrives. New leadership good, old bad. Forget about rainy days and TA shortcomings, and enjoy growth. :)

Not saying it going to happen, but the up and down of all of the news sure makes it seem like a possible scenario.

pretty close...the negative trending projections are a sign we are 3-6 months from another deal.

By setting up a "low" now the deal will appear significantly more positive...
