Sick leave regenerates on 1 June. In your situation you need to contact Dalpa and speak with a benefits person. There are several aspects in your situation. It should have been the first call you made. Hopefully it's not to late to get the best outcome.

WRONG. If you fail to meet the criteria of the IMSAFE checklist, the FARs prohibit you from legally operating the aircraft. It does NOT mean Delta is obligated to PAY you. Delta's obligation falls under the PWA, and has been explained in other posts.
