Overall the sick leave rate does not rise much over holidays. For the most part our pilots have a pretty good integrity level. There are off course notable exceptions but overall its pretty good.

At JetBlue we got 2X pay on holidays. Junior reserve guys would get reserve days on holidays, but if you were a lineholder you had to be in the top half to get a trip over most holidays.
