But no way I'm buying a tablet to bail out Delta.

Trust me, I would not either. This was about me, my choice, and my plans for the Ipad when they came to their final solution whenever that may be. Like I said, my kids love that I have an "extra" one and are just waiting for me to give it to them.

We've got a union rep advocating for us to buy a second iPad on which to conduct the company's business.

Why am I not optimistic about DALPA representing our interests with the VA deal.

Is an iPad REQUIRED for our job? No. And how do you know whether ACL is a rep or not? I won't use the content locker because I don't want Delta to have access to my stuff. No big deal.

I thought read on here somewhere a few months back that he was a rep. Clearly I made a mistake, and I apologize to ACL for my error.

Virgin pilot pay might be less, but I'd bet their aircraft cost are much higher...pilot cost aren't the only or even the highest determining factor of who or what flies a route!!

b) put out a blurb warning us about the draconian terms of use

Ya know what? I think that fair. The union is supposed to protect us. But I think it's sad that all people don't read fine print before they sign the line.

I just found a horse that needed to be beat some more: Any word on the gatehouse PA stuff and union response?
