You're likely working your butt off because of the new reserve assignment rules, not ALV+15. 1-2 years ago there was no seniority on reserve. Now there is. Your workload is likely amplified if you're junior in a smaller category. IMO, we will be hiring this fall.
That being said, losing the option to not exceed ALV does stink. |
