Baja.

I got three in a row like that toward the end of last month...followed by a sweet Lagos trip.

Scoop

Let's put it this way....QOL is absolutely miserable in NYC. Life gets a bit better if you can hold a line but sitting reserve in a third world city buried between three airports is a bad way to make a living. The cost of living is outrageous. I am taking the summer "off" and deploying to the Afghanistan just to get a break.

I had expected a net gain of 120 Captains positions with the DC9's staying in service for one more bid. We got a net gain of 93 Captains however that includes 115 DC9 Captains slots going away. Thats a lot more Captains then I expected so perhaps they are going to keep some 757's.

I think like you said earlier the beauty of the situation for RA is they have options to flex up and down/neutral as the situation warrants going forward. They can be replacement jets or you can pivot and keep the jets they were replacing them until they just can't fly anymore.

At least in the short run I guess and just order more if you need them. Or merge.

I see what you meant, the award pairings function kicks in as long as the else start next is satisfied.

The only thing I wish PBS would do is display what your final bid was rather than just lock you out. Like I wish the submit function would be tired off not the entire interface and access.

Use the Navtech desktop PBS and you'll have your bids.

Ha, no no. Not a good thing. I'm about as happy as a wet cat. I've been able to hold a line the entire time but reserve was a better QOL. We've made it so you can sit at 80% and make a choice between a crappy line or crappy reserve.

31:12 in 7??

Ok. Dumb question from a domestic M88 guy. Next month I have two 3 day trips back to back. One is blocked at 14:57 and one is blocked at 16:15 for a total of 31:12 (if my public school math serves me correctly). The second trip ends with a Freeport turn. Does going to the Bahamas one time in 6 days while spending the rest of the week in all domestic locations somehow change 20 in 7 limitations?

Pardon my ignorance on this subject.

You sure your aren't looking at credit time as opposed to actual block time?
