DALPA approves FPL for guys to post on these forums...I'm pretty sure that's just the tip of the iceberg.
By posting that, you probably earned a ton of FPL for the DALPA propaganda clowns to come here and defend their annual boondoggle at the Westin, their ALPA-funded preloaded debit cards, etc. etc. I suspect that if someone started digging, he would find that DALPA's corruption, in terms of dues dollars involved, dwarfs the graft at Eagle. |
Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Your statement about FPL to post on these forums is a outright lie. You posted the same statement about me and I asked you to put your money where you mouth was and you never replied. Want to take that bet or are you all talk and no action.
Since time is not allocated, wouldn't it be impossible to prove, or disprove, either yours or others' claims on the subject? It is my personal belief that our MEC is run efficiently. MEC Admin are as welcome to post here as anyone else. No rule against it. |

There is no one to my knowledge on the current MEC who posts here, FPL or not. |

That is factually incorrect. While there have been members of the past MEC administration on FPL who frequented these boards, they did it on their off time after working hours. Trust me it was checked. There is no one to my knowledge on the current MEC who posts here, FPL or not. If you regurgitate a company talking point, you're a 4th floor management type. Get back to work. If you support ALPA, you're a bureaucrat on FPL wasting valuable dues money. Quit wasting our money. If you're a revolutionary, anti-establishment, manic-depressive cynic, you are correct. We applaud you. ????? |
I hate to be the one to add fuel to this fire, but most recently a very "high-profile" MEC member had stopped by my house and fed my dog yogurt covered pretzels while I was away on a trip. My wife recognized the MEC member from the picture of our ALPA National Last Supper picture that hangs over our dining room table.
Well anyhow, my dog shat all over my Delta Air Lines throw blanket and I later went onto discover the aforementioned "high-profile" MEC member was collecting FPL during his visit to my house. If that's not insult to injury, then I don't know what is. |

Just saw this under the regional forum. I hope the crap is not going on at DALPA.
http://www.airlinepilotforums.com/re...ml#post1370026 Also interesting is that the team only had the time to investigate a few line items on hundreds of spreadsheet pages, of just one local chapter of ALPA. Carl |

On the topic of books, I highly recommend Riding Rockets by Mike Mullane. Not airline related but it is a very funny recount of being at NASA during the 80's.
