I'll ask her, but I think your wife was holding the camera so she probably had a better view. :D

This needs to be referred to the Department of Justice. Nobody can eat or drink that much. It has the look of both embezzlement and money laundering. DOJ and IRS auditors would be able to get the truth.
Also interesting is that the team only had the time to investigate a few line items on hundreds of spreadsheet pages, of just one local chapter of ALPA. Carl My rule of thumb regarding these type of issues: Never jump directly to malice when incompetence can fit the bill. :p There may be some type of embezzlement going on, but just as plausible (rule of thumb) could be a poor contract - remember they are using Other Peoples Money (OPM) and that hardly ever ends in an efficient, well thought out deal. Question, how do you avoid going to training in an early month. Usually I go early and bid for it, but I wanted to skip going early in May cuz its already all booked up with stuff.

I'm quite confident there is something in the ALPA by-laws on how one proceeds in the above situation. If the said MEC member is messing around with a dues paying member's wife, then they are able to claim FPL. If two dues members' wives are involved, then perhaps double FPL applies. Nonetheless I'm sure a well positioned green slip would follow.
