Sorry, my post was tongue in cheek.

That was pretty good, the Albrecht run in the first half and that Siva kid in the second half, great game!

I give $42 per month.

A mere 50 cents per credit hour and you too can help fight the forces that are attempting to destroy YOUR career every day!

Alpa > ALPA PAC

It stinks that this is the way it works, but wishing it wasn't like this won't change reality.

I gave a $1 this year to get the percentage numbers up. Next year I'm giving 3% more.

With great minds thinking like that, any wonder why America is going down the sh!tter?

You think your union isn't spending money on lobbying and politics??!!! Hey, unions are people too! Political spending by unions. Some want to argue ALPA's a business and has the equivalent of a CEO. Well, if unions can spend its people's money on lobbying then the same would seem to hold true for the people who make up a corporation. But back to the main point--this argument that unions aren't spending money on lobbying and politics? Hogwash.

Go back to the line (or back to work in the real world, if you are a Senator) and work under the same rules you just voted in for everyone else.

That would definitely help.

Totally agree, much less problem with anyone trying to woo the elected leaders as no one is coming back, at least in their current office. Too much featherbedding in the name of experience and reelection campaigning.
