Baja.

What backdoor are you using? I tried typing in JUN/jun... and get the authentication required screen.. Is there another one that I don't know about?

The current 80 threshold for bucket 1 is ridiculous. I had 3 days carryout from a 4 day trip, flew 2/3 days last week, had recurrent the last 2 days, and am still in bucket 1 and first up for flying.

So, of course now im flying 2/3 days on call this round as well. I'll finally break into bucket 2 with this coming trip.

I have to agree. I feel like a bucket 1 cut-off of 60-70 would make more sense on a domestic fleet. I definetly am against moving it in the other direction.

Click the May Wide for the category then replace 'MAY' with 'JUN' If your browser doesn't open the window for you then right click the may wide link and select "copy link" and paste into new tab/window and then change to JUN.

Baja.

Does Delta still ask how many sick calls you've had in the last year during an interview? I was down with a bad flu for a couple weeks and had some emergency dental work that made me miss 4 trips since November. Would this many be a disqualifier?

Thanks

It's been a few years since I interviewed, but I was upfront about my sick usage when I interviewed in 2007. I had some sick usage, including 2 weeks out for minor surgery. It wasn't probably as long as yours, but I got the impression they were more interested in the sick usage on holidays and the like.

The type of sick usage you are talking about is exactly what sick leave is for - being sick. I don't think it would be a problem, but I'm not interviewing..

Yeah that's the same one I was using, and got the authentication screen. I tried a few hours later and it all came up... so it appears that they are now available. Thanks for the response anyway. :)

"That's because you're junior, [insert nonsense], we need you to work more on reserve so a few can take a month off at 77 or so hours. Thanks for playing, please don't email again."

It's one thing to try to improve the QOL, it's another to actively pursue a means to hoard it and demand others work in your place and say it's all fair cuz that's the way it use-ta-be.

Okay, pay use-ta-be higher and we use-ta-have a cap; bring that back and you can have seniority only based reserve. But that resolution needs to be lumped right in with the 7ER Domestic Only resolution...
