In this environment, nobody needs a paycut. Some might get a bigger pay increase than others.. but nobody takes a paycut.

Do you actually wonder why so many people have left this forum? I used to be on here frequently (back in the ACL65 days, when there was good information to be found here). Now, this thread is worth no more than an occasional drive-by. There still are some worthwhile posters on here (no, you're not one of 'em), but their voices are being drowned out by too many keyboard commandoes.
