I flew with a captain at pinnacle that would always wear his uniform when he went to dinner. He wanted the entire crew to do the same.

Only guy I've ever flown with that resulted in a call to pro standards... that was a long month!

Question for those who know: will Detroit's declared bankruptcy today have any impact on the Detroit Wayne County Int'l Airport?

First article on DeltaNet right now: "Detroit bankruptcy will not impact DTW ops" paraphrasing.

With the new contract there is a seat lock for new hires. Will the furlough returnees be seat locked?

Without displacements, that might be kind of hard if the category they are trying to get into does not have any availability other than guys AE'ing to other categories.

I say again, the junior guy in a category will not be displaced out of that category on an AE only bid.

Or, in other words, it takes displacements to cause displacements.

Denny

Thanks Denny, that's good to know. At the old NWA, displacements were possible with any kind of a bid.

Ask anybody that has been to SVO or KBP if I am wrong. You might be queasy, but it is because you are clueless.

You really need to get out more...

I think another plate of gyoza is calling you.

and my wallet stays right in my pocket thank you very much....

Hay bro, let's go out in our uniform jackets!

Now whoever said THAT?

Ya'll think what you want to think. I'm done with this one.

Losers. Of course being nice helps too, but that seemingly is also a foreign concept to many here.

If this man is right ...

We could see profit sharing checks large enough to buy a car ...

Combine cheap ... $50 a barrel crude and our own refinery to manage the crack spread and dare I say we make 3 to 4 Bn.

http://green.autoblog.com/2013/07/19...deo/#continued

... and I might be conservative if the revenue side holds up. We spend $12 Bn a year on fuel. What if we were able to half that cost!
