Hey guys, slow down and make sure to read the notes on the flight plan. Sometimes they are important. Like a Capt, FO and dispatcher missing a note to NOT send an aircraft to a certain city with an inop APU. Note has been on the flight plan since June 23rd. Many pax missing connections.

I love working here and hope those middle eastern carriers fizzle out too but your sticking your head in the sand if you think their product doesn't trump ours everyday of the week.
