Kittens = TO/GA?

I'm beginning to see why Lion Air has so many 737s on order... if you're going to damage a few each year, you'll need replacements!

Where do sheep fall? I almost hit some on takeoff from Ascension Island. Fortunately, we scared the hell out of them and they moved.:eek:

Missed a gator on the runway at Hunter, lucky for him and us he was not on centerline!

TOTD candidate, I'm the last person likely to get SJS. Did you bother to read the other 66% of my comment regarding scope recapture and desired widebodies at mainline Delta Air Lines? I didn't think so. Carry on!

There was a JAX guard F-16 guy years ago that hit a wild boar at high speed...collapsed his landing gear. Successful ejection ensued.

Reminds me of this ASN Aircraft accident Boeing KC-135A-BN Stratotanker 58-0101 Marysville-Beale AFB, CA (BAB).

The boom operator was my evaluator boom back in 1990. The story goes the nose gear took the hit and buckled into the fwd fuel tank. Luckily all survived.

Also something about steaks at the chow hall for a couple of weeks!

RCC 13-02 memo. Just threw up in my mouth again. Company has ALPA selling the propaganda hard again. Nice charts and graphs showing exactly the facts they wanted. What they really want is to continue the Airborne Reserve reroute program and 2+ hour sits everywhere to have ground based reserve line holders. If the contract miraculously increased the trip rigs, you would see the block times fall right in line with the rigs. I gaurentee it. Please stop the sales job.

I was there in JFK for the "herd of turtles" crossing the runway!
