I'm not sure but with UAL now trading over 46 and not performing as good as DAL I could easily see DAL up over 40 in the next six months or less.

No union can represent people who decide to willfully violate Federal criminal statutes. Not even your most beloved ALPA.

Again, you're just making stuff up. DPA is doing no such thing. The only people under a cloud are the ones who decided to willfully break Federal law in an attempt to shut up the DPA.

You know the difference Bar, yet you purposely feign ignorance. Why?

This is going to be such a pleasant place to work when what you say on the flight deck can get you sued, or fired.

When is the vote?

I cringed when I got Tim's email yesterday detailing his naming of John Doe as a plaintiff. It's really starting to get petty and WAY off the path.

Are you telling me that the only thing worthwhile of an update from DPA in the past 3-4 weeks is an email half full of conspiracy theory revolving around an unknown "person of interest?" What a sideshow.

What is DPA doing to further my career? I couldn't care less that Tim still can't unscrew his website - if anything actually happened to it in the first place. Further, the fact that he is prioritizing this joke over any meaningful action is yet another indication that he has no vision of how to accomplish his goal of new representation for the Delta pilots.

"starting to get petty"? Where've you been brotha?:D It's an act of desperation, scorched earth policy. Nothing else.

FAR 117 & International Flights Crew Rest Bre

Q: How will the new rule affect crew rest breaks on augmented flights?

A: The pilot flying must have two hours of in-flight rest available in the second half of the flight FDP.

How are guys using this info? Does the PF have to take the third break on a 3 man crew?

Carl,

What anyone will remember about the DPA drive is that the DPA began by suing.

Lets see, they hire USAPA's law firm and next ... .

You are not alone. Time to work out a couple of times a week. Not live on only sandwiches from a vending machine, and getting eight hours of sleep a night. Pretty clear this is the intent of the rule.

Thanks for the Pro Diem recommendation. I went online Monday morning and downloaded that widget and went through the steps with it to download the information from icrew. Then I uploaded it at 11:20, got it back at 5:30pm the same day.

Perhaps. However, take a look at the current market caps of both companies.
