Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
You obviously are some sort of ALPA or passionate ALPA supporter. No biggie. I appreciate the lack of condescending tone that you've utilized unlike those that posted frequently in previous years.
A number of those 757-200s, 767-300s, all the DC-9s, and some 320s are goners. That's throwing your numbers wayyy off.
I'll amend it if anyone has the numbers. The thing is even if I remove the 9s and 100 757s, it's still 146 jets in growth. That'd be 2,000 pilots more than we have now before retirements not including NBC guys. Retirements adds another 800.
Also FTB you have 40 A321s, isn't it 30?
You know of any other airline called Delta Air Lines? The seniority list may show 10,144 pilots on July 01, 2001, but in January 2001, I was given a seniority number of 11,2??. Why is there a difference of about 1,000 numbers between January and July? I don't have a clue. Frankly, I was just trying to get through my first year.
That's closer. You still have all the 320s in there. 3209-3250 are on the chopping block. So, unless there is a life extension given for them, 41 of the 320s are gone too (I'm not sure what the parking schedule is).
Notice how your numbers are starting to come into plausibility?
