If the Company wants to let the returning Pilots be placed anywhere that their seniority can hold then there is nothing wrong with this. As long as there is a least 1 person junior to the junior-most returning Pilot in each of these categories then nothing nefarious is going on. Look at the flip side - If all these pilots came back a few years ago the bottom 150 guys at DAL would still not be on property. Furloughees returning and new hires around the corner - its all good. :) Scoop |
TSquare, I hope you told them that Delta will be hiring 1500 flight attendants starting in November. They would absolutely be a job fit. I am sure it would be a nice change for you. Maybe you could start recruiting at college football games?
