LCC was and is still paying 757 CA's $144.02 (AW $141.85)
UAL was paying 757 CA's . $160.53 before the JCBA.
CAL was paying 757 CA's . $169.33 before the JCBA.

DAL was paying 757CA's . $188.96 prior to C2012 ($19-$45 ahead of peers)

We all want more, but when a majority of your peer group is severely lagging your compensation already it is a tough sell to the NMB to get a release.

How far ahead of them did we get with C2012? Do you think another substantial jump like previously will be a reasonable negotiating stance in Spring of 2015?

But dalpa said the company said there was no more money, NOT that they didn't want to pay more because of AMR and USAir.

Most Junior 717 capt awarded in DTW is ssn 7318, an Oct 1996 hire.

All those captain awards and I move up one whole number. I saw some ATL 330 f/o's get captain positions but they did not backfill that category. All total, looks like 31 widebody first officer positions (non-7ER) that were not backfilled in this award.

So if LAX seats were offered and awarded to bypass guys and none via AE.... How is that not a contract violation?

What the HOLY "F" are you talking about?

If you are referring to the current awarded positions, you're off by a few years. vvvvvv

If you're referring to your own expected timeline to the left seat, well, again you're off by more than just a few.

There are currently 4375 seniority numbers below the most junior 717A. Assuming there'll be zero junior positions in the upcoming bids whom are able to hold 717A (not likely), from mandatory retirements alone, you'd be able to hold Captain by the end of 2022. (Again, for example purposes, using the most junior person on property. I know you're a 2010 hire, but highly doubt you're the bottom number on the list.)

Mr. Boog,

Foley, H. (#7318) has been on the Airline's/Air Line's property since Oct. 4th, 1996. He is three weeks shy of his 17th year with the company.

What I was trying to explain to "Columbia", in the above post, is that the past decade, plus five years, will bear zero resemblance to the awards and arriving "growth" aircraft in the near future.

V/R,

GJ

Your math puts me at a 15 year upgrade, too...fwiw. Your point?
