Holy moley look at how many 85+ hour lines are in open time on ATL765B! Good thing they displaced so many people from it over the last few years...wow!

They'll all be gobbled up by the end of the day.

BTW, if you are up and near your TV now (07:30 east) on NBC's Today Show, in a few minutes they are going to run a story on: "Are Airline Pilots too dependent on automation?"

Just watched it....Much ado about nothing, just sounded like a good bit for news filler in between one of the Kardashians' breast augmentations and an in depth analysis on who's twerking who this week.

Look at the bright side, a bunch of people probably watched this segment and magically became aviation professionals. I look forward to meeting them as I offer up my next very wholesome, FOM-approved, half-concerned head nod goodbye as they deplane.

That day being the 20th, when the first PCS runs begin.

I noticed that the ATL 765B had the bottom 18 guys get regular lines! Seems to me that when I stated that reserve "was a pretty good gig" (and got immediately slammed for saying so) that--at least in some categories at certain times of the year--there might have been some truth there.

If I lived in ATL, I'd be bidding reserve every other month. It still sucks to try to commute to reserve because they'll put you on short call every other day, but if you want time off and you are in a (truly) International Category, bid it!

DAL stock closes in on 24. Investors are getting rich.

...and executives. And we approved....4/8/3/3.

That's ok, though. "We'll get 'em next time."

Let's see, 765B ALV is 82, 80 hours reserve guarantee, slow international September (I assume) = 80 hours of pay without ever going to work!

People are going to be all over that like white on

But what if you're not in a category that has slow international months? How can you get that same 80 hours of pay for 0 hours of work?

Your right Purp, I thought about that too. Instead of a 3 year deal like we got, I bet it would have been a 5 year. 3/2/2/3/2

Just sayin.....
