This is another thing I'd like to see changed back. I understand OOB WS being behind an in base reserve who wants the trip (in base pilots should have priority,) but being behind a reserve who DOESNT' want to fly?

Incorrect Wilbur, OOB WS is only behind LC in base reserve. An OOB WS will be awarded before an in base SC is used

How is it a slap in the face? It's only insulting if you allow it to be.

I'm hoping the first time I meet Tsquare that he's brought his entourage with him...

I'll be really happy if all of that comes true.

Think the Filippina/American is "Jessica.". She stands out IMHO. TSquare`s post was awesome. Even with a cousin on their coaching staff I don't know if his pic can be topped.

Actually, you're BOTH correct. It depends in whether report time is w/in 12 hours or outside 12 hours. Look over Sec 23 N & 23 O.

You're partially correct. The trigger point is how long is the notification BEFORE report. From what I'm reading it's different order of RUO from Sec 23 N to Sec 23 O

Sec 23 N(greater than 12 hours notice)

1)Recovery Flying
2)In base WS
3)Long Call
4)Short Call
5)Reserve pilot YS touching X days
6)Out of Base WS

Sec 23 O(less than 12 hours notice)

1)Recovery Flying
2)In base WS
3)Long call YS
4)Out of base WS
5)Short Call
6)Out of base Long call YS
