This 117 negotiation needs to result in some substantial gains for the Delta pilots. It needs to happen now. This month. If management refuses then Captain Donatelli needs to take some action. We deserve significant contract restoration and the corporation can afford to do it. There is no excuse. It is right and it is just. If Mr. Anderson will not acknowledge our enormous financial contributions and recognize our pivotal role in the rebirth of this airline since the dark days of bankruptcy then the days of DALPA being passive and "constructive" need to end. (piece of the pie being returned to shareholders from now until 2016...say, isn't something big supposed to happen for us in 2016? Like a contract?) |

Got my 4th stripe with Delta on this bid!
Enjoy the view from the left seat! |
Congrats Bucking Bar.
I see you went for the breadsticks and cognac on the 7ER. |

Well, did anybody out there in APC land get something they want to talk about!!!:)
Denny I did just get a 7 day GS and started Rolling Thunder which is even better :D |
Congrats to the upgraders, sorry to see you leave APC, as the manning document only permits ten cranky captains.

Actually 6 guys on top pf me left and no backfill which doesn't bode well for a category whose manning is already pretty thin... Either that or they are parking 757s faster than we thought. |
Congrats to all those that fixed their commutes!
Wow, Capt went reallllly junior, I was very pleasantly surprised and may need to update my projected ugrade time ;) UNFORTUNATELY, I lost another 2% as everyone who bid out was junior to me and most incoming were senior... story of Out West. Now I've had an unmitigated string of backsliding AEs since 2010, with just one AE with "no change"... lost 24%. I will say that the 7ER did see some movement, but it didn't translate to 73 movement. |
Moved up 37 numbers in category (39 senior left, 2 senior came in on top)

I agree 110%!! Our C2015 negotiations are going to take an infinitesimal time longer due to other union pilot groups riding on the coat tails of our current contract.
Thanks again WN, for once again, NOT raising the bar. |
Next month I start commuting to SLC. Anyone know of some decent hotels with transportation and preferably free breakfast?
Thanks |
