Ha. thanks.

I would not be shocked to see some ATL in there as well!

I would think we will see a lot of ATL 88 FO new hires. In the last 2 AE those positions went unfilled.

Bring it! Being assigned the -88 in ATL would be #winning!

Of course, I first have to actually get interviewed and hired at Delta... ;)

OE trip buy off

So I'm scheduled to fly with a LCA tomorrow and the trip is tagged for captain OE. So how does this usually work? Do I show up in the AM and then get sent home, or should I expect a call from someone before that? Yes, I know it's my trip and I'm in the hook until I hear otherwise.
I have a rather long distance commute and this trip would require me to fly out tonight. What are peoples experience with this sort of thing?

I would try and call the LCA and see what his intentions are. You are suppose to show up and sign in for the trip then it's up to him as to what he wants to do. Good luck

Thanks for the info. Of course, the LCA is out flying right now so there's no way to talk to him before I have to get on my flight. Oh well, the life of a commuter...
At least there's no longer any recovery obligation :)

Scheduling usually calls about 7 pm the night before your trip to release you.
