So if I have a Max P/U of 8.0, can I pick up a 3-day Green Slip? Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I'm pretty new to all this…thanks!

Yes, you can GS. The Max P/U limit applies to a white slip only. Does not apply to GS or PS or swap board pick up.

Only white slip is limited to ALV +15

Which costs us thousands of upgrades and other seat progression.

Bring back the cap to an airline that will struggle finding qualified pilots in 5-6 years? (Maybe 3 to 4?) I doubt that will happen.

^^^ This right here! Love 'em.

They're good, but the new(ish) Leupold HAMR is just as good and durable with twice the eye relief. The ACOG is awesome but can be like trying to look through a coffee stir straw as close as you have to put your eye to it. Their DeltaPoint reflex sight on top (optional) is every bit as good and durable as the "doc optic" the ACOG's often wear on top. The ACOG never needs batteries I guess, the HAMR has a fixed reticle that's there even if the battery goes out. Both are great glass of course.

Any place on DeltaNet and/or iCrew where I can find a list of the LCAs in my category...?

[EDIT: Or anywhere else, for that matter...?]

How the heck do you afford a ACOG on regional pay?

I have an EBT card. ;)

No, I own two companies in addition to being a pilot, I rarely fly though.

You'd be amazed with all the toys they have. Most new hires had the latest smart phones & tablets, new cars, $1000 Bose head set, Starbucks every leg. But no $1 to tip the van driver.

Oh yeah, they are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overpaid.
