Converting profit sharing to rates and adding a small rate bump to our W2s while granting concessions isn't going to fly. You may want to pass that word to your Dalpa junta buddies. Anything that reeks of "self-funding" or solving the company's problems at the line pilots' expense will be the end of ALPA at Delta. Any cramdown like we saw in C12 will be met with hostility. |
