IAV84DAL,
Are you former Navy P3 guy based in HNL, lived in STL for a while during furlough and now lives in DC with an attorney girlfriend? If so, we have flown together.

Earned? It was negotiated. It was negotiated in a tough bankruptcy and it was negotiated by the guys that Jerry hates...it wasn't all pretty but some of our ALPA negotiators worked hard during bankruptcy and got us this thing that nearly everyone said was useless at the time.

If I had to verify a sick call, I'm pretty sure a printout of the last couple pages would suffice.

On the survey I indicated that the single most important contractual change that absolutely had to be accomplished was the redaction of every bit of Horizon Q400 scope immunity from Section 1.
When we first saw that language in the then newly minted TA I was certain a merger with Alaska was imminent. Now nearly 5 years later management has had ample time to get off the pot. If we're going to continue to offer management the concession of scope relief for some 100 Q400's flown by Horizon in the event of a merger with ALK I want something very big for it. That's too much flying of too many routes by too many non mainline pilots.
Hello??

Hello??
The way I see it, the Q700 operated by Horizon and Skywest RJ's are more restrictive. What are you seeing?
I think whoever labeled him a troll had it mostly right.
He is anti seniority, anti greenslip, anti work the contract, anti high earning, and pro out of left field.
If you allow him to put you off balance, may I recommend the ignore function. Not all input is valuable.
