Maybe you missed it:
Now if we gave the horses that pull this stagecoach hardest the majority of the oats I'd have fewer issues with it. But our Frankenstein gouges out the profit share based on W2 not hours flown. Horses standing in the corral can get as much or more depending. Whodathunkit?

On the survey I indicated that the single most important contractual change that absolutely had to be accomplished was the redaction of every bit of Horizon Q400 scope immunity from Section 1.
When we first saw that language in the then newly minted TA I was certain a merger with Alaska was imminent. Now nearly 5 years later management has had ample time to get off the pot. If we're going to continue to offer management the concession of scope relief for some 100 Q400's flown by Horizon in the event of a merger with ALK I want something very big for it. That's too much flying of too many routes by too many non mainline pilots.
Hello??

I expect a 4/6.5/3/3 raise like last contract if profit sharing is left alone. With profit sharing, I'm finally making more than my friends at Southwest hired about the same time. I expect our retirement contributions to be brought up to 16 percent to match the other big 2. I expect our JV scope to be renegotiated to put the company into compliance (unfortunate, but probably true), and I expect the unverified sick leave to drop to 75 hours per year if not 50. We'll see what actually happens, but this is what I am expecting based on our history and the rumors I'm hearing. I also expect split duty periods.

IAV84DAL,
Are you former Navy P3 guy based in HNL, lived in STL for a while during furlough and now lives in DC with an attorney girlfriend? If so, we have flown together.
