Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
From "Forgot To Bid": Anyways, doesn't the MEC dictate to the NC what to do? If there is 1 guy that wants to trade PS for GM, what's wrong with hearing about it now in full? Why wait until an entire TA is negotiated and dropped in our laps with a sales pitch and a demand to sign it or face the consequences?[/QUOTE]
Nice theory, but it didn't happen in 2012. The fact is that the conference call just 36 hours before the announcement of a T/A included a "suggestion" from the MEC Chairman and the Negotiating Chairman that we consider a reduction in PS to get better pay rates. The resulting discussion ended with a general sentiment of: No, our pilots did not ask for a trade of one type of pay for another, just a stiff increase" (an opinion of the general sentiment of the LEC reps).
In this case the LEC's provided direction and both the NC and the MEC Chairman ignored it. Then the sales job began to push for a unanimous vote to send the mediocre agreement to the pilots for their stamp of approval.

Carl, you made many posts that my posts are directed by Dalpa and I have been paid to do so. I even asked you to put your money where your mouth is when it comes to this issue and others have posted that I dont. The only reason if you have integrity you would make such a post is if you know your correct. I will make you a bet. I will send you my name and employee number. You do the same. If you can show I have ever received a dime from DALPA or even a single instruction to make a post I will donate 5000.00 dollars to the Delta pilots relief fund. You can have 2 weeks to research and have your reps check. If however your not telling the truth in your insinuations you donate 5000 to the fund? So is the bet on?
P.S. I will be happy to make the same bet with Purple

And Sailing, come on, The Delta Pilots Relief Fund, really? Everybody knows that the Delta Pilot Relief Fund is a cover for The Baby Beluga Whale Endangerment Fund. Additionally, instead of $5,000, I will alter that amount to $49.99 paid through a check that will probably bounce to the College Park Health Department, Enforcement Division in their consideration thorough inspection of Spondivitis and the restaurants role in the latest outbreak of both Ebola and Measels.

Can someone please direct me to the exact place on DeltaNet/TravelNet where the age limitations for premium cabin seating for a non-reving child are? At what age can they ride up front? It seems to change every couple of years depending on weather some management guy has little ones or not.
Thx, AC
