Make sure you aren't selecting the 2013 one. Old ones cost $5, the most recent one is free.

You had to enroll to be able to get it electronically. If you got it electronically in a previous year, you don't have to reenroll.

I think something is screwed up. I'll call HR tomorrow.

So I noticed spirit just added 9 cities out of Atlanta today. Previously they have also expanded msp and Dtw. I know that they are targeting passengers who wouldn't fly delta anyways but at what point does Delta start defending their turf a little more against these guys or are they already and i just don't know? They are never going to touch atl but what about deltas other bases, especially o/d traffic out of msp and Dtw to vacation destinations?

What's the source?

Recent JS-er was a TNG guy who just came out of a meeting with RA (tng meeting with all the ATL folks) RA said the 717 shuttle would be out of DTW and would just RON on the West coast. That was 2 weeks ago.

There are rumors we have purchased a few more 717s. I guess from two different airlines.

And there are rumors that everyone in Atlanta will now be going through security, no more bypassing via the busses or the cheese grater. Heard that from the different people.

I was told SAS and some Turkmenistan airline?!?! (watch out for those giants......)<- old school Borat/Ali-G fans will get that.

If this situation gets too extreme then we will have grounds for a grievance.
There's a long history of case law defining what counts as "hours at work".
When you arrive at the premises you are at work.

We need sign-in computers in the bus sheds.
And a 90 minute report time.

Dealing with required TSA procedures should unquestionably be included as part of our duty period.
If you look at the history of labor contracts and the definition of "working conditions" and "hours worked"; this is a textbook example of work related duties that should be on the company's time and not the employee's.

Agreed. However, isn't this what the MSP types have been doing for years?

The best solution is to allow me to park my car underneath terminal C.

I guess I'll need to request F.

They can't fix this glitch that easily.

Delta has already seen it coming - they were experiementing with fares similar to Spirit with a corresponding reduction in benefits (no seat assignment, no upgrades, etc) last year and were actually only out of DTW to, you guessed it, Spirit destinations.

Part of the service re-branding is Basic Economy: Basic Economy | Delta Air Lines
