Thank God I know lots and lots of lawyers :D

Am I reading the Basic Pilot Qualifications page wrong? It does not show a MINIMUM requirement for Turbine PIC time. It says consideration will be given for those with it, but does not say that it is a must to have

hey guys, where do we go to add our beneficiaries for our insurance?
I had it set up when we had our own stuff at nwa but i cant find where to put it on this delta stuff. Thanks

Do you need the full or abridged version? If it's full you need, the deadline will be passed by the time you read thru it. :)

Abbreviated version:

Sign on, employee info, employee connecton, go to enroll....no, thats not it, go to self service,,,,,yes, then to benefits direct, then enroll, beneficiaries are on the bottom.

DONT try to change your life insurance. If you do, you will be sorry.

Or, did you mean something else? :D

That's the way it was last time. There was no requirement for Turbine PIC- a few even got the call without it... it was mostly high time Eagle FOs or girls that got interviews that hadn't been captains.

I was looking for more mutual fund options than we are offered.

Am I just dreaming or is this possible?

You can open BrokerageLink accounts with Fidelity... one tied to the 401K (DPSP) and one tied to the DC Plan. You can then transfer up to 98% over to your BrokerageLink accounts if you so desire. In the BrokerageLink, you have access to the full range of individual stocks, mutual funds, ETF's, options, etc.

I use the BrokerageLink to the maximum extent possible to manage my 401k and DC Plan, and I am extremely happy we have this capability (which is very rare to have with 401k's/defined contribution plans). Just be sure you have a good, well-thought-out strategy that effectively manages risk... because, with the greater opportunity provided by the BrokerageLink, comes the potential for greater risk as well. Just my "2 cents".

Regarding Call in Honest, etc... do the FNWA F/As have it in their contract? Just wondering.

No. It's not in the pilot's contract either, It's just policy. The flight attendants are not part of the policy.
