Very nice, that's what I figured, thanks for the extra detail. I am sure all the 73N bases will want to get in on the action, it will be interesting to see how crew skeds flesh out the mix, or whether its primarily LAX and SEA guys flying the trips...
I wonder if the trips will be built as 2 leg 3 days worth about 11 hours with the 24 hour layover and red eye home? I hear those aren't too desirable from a pay stand point...
Also, I am guessing the loads will have to be regulated. I am not sure how a fully loaded -900ER will take off out of Kahului/Maui with a 6995' runway and fly for 5.5 hours to the west coast with step climbs along the way. I guess we will start with HNL and go from there.

Anyone have any more intel on the next AE? It's been pretty quiet from the company on the matter. Thoughts on out by next Friday?

Another weekly flight ops update and no mention of the AE. They typically mention it ahead of release correct?
Apparently some staffing and training decisions are going to be made later this week. At this point it's rather opaque.

Funny. Maybe now that the TA didn't pass they will need more pilots then they thought, that's a great thing!
