I'm doing my first international nonrev with my family tomorrow. I went to check in online and after entering all our birthdays, passport numbers, and passport expiration dates I got a message saying "unable to process request". I went to try to check in again and was back at square 1 with all the blanks sitting empty.
Do we just have to go to the service counter and get our boarding documents or is this just my excellent luck with Delta IT? The warning message also said show up at least 3 hours early. 3 hours seems excessive and I'd like to hear if this is a legit disclaimer. Thanks! |
Long time lurker, first time poster. Sorry if I'm being obtuse, but I want to be sure I stay out of trouble.
How soon after calling in "healthy" can I resume nonrev/jumpseat travel? Same day, or next day? Thanks in advance for your expert assistance. |

When I got the 3 hour message once with online checkin, this was the problem, and it pretty much put that trip on Kibosh on that trip as you can't renew a child passport without jumping through some serious hoops. |
We made it 4 x first class :). Apparently part of my issue was I only booked a 1 way trip. The system did not like no return leg. Red coat who helped me check in passed me that info. Now back to my vacation!!!
