After the ER shortfall this was probably the biggest surprise. Just over 1.5 years to hold a pure international category might be a new company record

agree, but like someone else said it will be interesting to see what happens with the whale displacements next AE...wondering if it went so junior because people were holding off to see how the displacements shake out.

LOMLNOWH (LayOver MeaL NO WithHolding) is the per diem for trips that layover

NLOMLWH (No LayOver MeaL WithHolding) is for trips with without a layover.

With 11 coming over the next year and a half, it should and then some. That is including the delivery slots that have been deferred.

This is all my gut response, FWIW. I'm on the 747. Having previously flown the Baby Bus, I have no Francais/Fifi phobia. But I have redeveloped a bit of a Boeing slant. Which to put it mildly, runs deep on the 747. I'm guessing many F/Os will bid any Boeing captain seat they can hold, or the 777, and the captains will trend toward 777. It could be ugly over there with waterfall displacements. Both left and right who realize the cushy high value Asia turns and nine day work months that can be a staple of Whale flying will become attached to the 350 and chase the flying without regard to the aircraft type. A few, like me, can fall for "shiny new jet syndrome" and jump on the 350 for the cool factor (so far, resisting the temptation). But overall, I predict a training bloodbath. I'm rather junior on the 747 and I'm pretty focused on 7ER/A, so with their horsepower, the senior dudes can cause a huge snowball effect if they follow a similar thought process. I think every F/O can hold 73N/A or better, and the captains A330/A or better, so hang on for the wild ride ahead. Sounds like it begins in May.

Things change but as of last week the initial 350 bid is planned to include more positions than the 747 is staffed at.

Thanks!

I also found the same number by looking at box 12c of my W-2.
