Search “Zone Boarding” on
Deltanet.

There is a chart that was modified on 2/2/2018 that shows who boards in each zone. In the zone 1 section it lists NRPS (company business employees).

Deltanet further defines company business as:

“employees traveling on company business which includes travel needed to:”
- Perform employee job functions

If you get an economy comfort seat it prints sky zone on your boarding pass.

Well you may start having issues. Deadheads may board with zone one. Only board with sky or FC if you are assigned a seat there.

Delta pilots or FAs jumpseating may board anytime the captain is on board.

You are benefitting from gate agents not enforcing policy. A lot of them are team players and don’t really want to deny a fellow employee. You are not following policy though.

I agree.....BUT Kind of hard to give a hoot when you see every deadheading RJ crew and I mean every one, board with first class. Nothing against them but if gate isn't going to enforce it with our commuters then that's what you get.

Arent we parsing it a bit close...nothing like picking the fly sh!t out of the pepper. Boarding after 1st class while deadheading is really not a big deal, our 1st class pax aren't inconvieniced...
Not policy...yes I guess so, thanks for the course correction, ...but surely we have bigger fish to fry..., and frankly, 95% or better the Capt is board 35 min prior...I know I am.

Ok, thanks. See my above response. Please guys, dont take this the wrong way, as I am not trying to shoot the messenger....but again, we are way down in the weeds on this. Management has too much time on thier hands if we are getting hassled about boarding between 1st class and Sky Priority...
