This is a violation of company policy as well as listing for multiple jumpseats. If you encounter a multiple jumpseat listing call the pilot and ask which one he really wants. If he refuses to cancel one call the CPSC and they will cancel whichever one you want and book you.

I see all the time guys list non rev for one flight and jumpseat for the next one. Then it seems like they want me to tell them how nice they are when they get on their first flight and cancel the jumpseat for their second flight so I can have it.
