He's leaving it ambigious with the "if I would've bid it higher up" isn't he?
|
Out of curiousity, how many people actually put in bids out of the 10,500 eligible pilots? I wonder if its a high number or a scary low number?

Yep, the only reason it is not published is because per the PWA any award published prior to the announcement or SOC has to be divided up between the premerger groups. There really is no benefit of announcing SOC today or tomorrow so they will wait and we will wait and see the results when it is announced. It may be the 31st if they announce it early enough. Either way before the end of the week you will know your fate.

I could have held it if I would have bid it higher up. I think it was my 23rd choice out of 65 or so MD preferences.
We will see on Friday. |
SOC, unless last minute issues arise, will be effective at midnight on the 31st.
The documents are being finished up and we are good to go, so sayeth email from CF (head of line standards) today. |
And our bids are probably all finished sitting on someones desk... right?
|
When does the AE close again? I've been to busy to do mine. thanks
;) |
The bids are done. SOC is done now it is time for the unveiling.
I am not being coy. I had a ton of bids in. All A positions East of MSP, the b positions with percentages all over the place. I bid positions that I would be in the top 10 for just because you can never have enough bids in FtB, isn't that correct? Never forget to bid and never forget to bid enough. ;) |

Mine is currently number 1 on the lineup for RA's butt in his roll of toilet paper. |
Hey maybe we will see JAL, SOC and AS all in the same day!
