As far as arbitration goes, this is not bad at all. I expected worse. No frowns, no smiles. I am REAL junior at Delta on the ER and my position changed by .001%. I think we can all live with this. Someone is gonna b*tch though. Congratz to us all and may DAL stock keep going up!!!!

This looks quite fair and well thought out overall...

I'm junior on the 744 so I expect to be displaced soon. When I am, it won't be to the 787 for obvious reasons. It will probably be to the A330 or the 767 which are both unfenced aircraft. Thus I will be flying with pre-merger Delta pilots. Thus my statement that I look forward to flying with my new Delta brothers. Understand now?
