the problem is that some people see this as a "tough crap" issue and it shouldnt be. It is 100% unacceptable for future hires to be paid better than those of us already on property. To be clear, i want the newhires to get everything they can but i dont want to be paid less than a newhire is when it comes to retirement contribution.

this along with a number of other issues should be addressed going forward.

PS-this isnt to point fingers or place blame, its to educate and spread the word. Theres no reason why pilots not hired yet should get more in their retirement than those of us already on property, especially those of us with -0- pension obligation.

Super, would you want to to make you full but hose the senior F-NWA guys and make them wait until 2012 for the full DC match? If so, is that fair? The we still have a divide.

What is your solution to this? Who have you called? Just ALPA reps? Cp? etc?

SO now we start the latest and greatest all over from post 40765 as we did back in Early 2007.

I have a friend with 6 or 7 internal LOR's & I'm really hoping he gets called. He's a great guy.
