I'm coming in below ya. :) Glad I bailed on MSPM88B, cause its sounding like it might not be as big as originally predicted. I was going to be 57% after the May bid, and I had a 65% qualifier before DTW7ERB this bid and I wouldn't have held the 65% so I guess I'm off to find out what all the fuss is over how great the 757/767 is. Very excited I must say, always wanted to fly the 757.

You can do it by adding and subtracting all of the awards in a seat and then comparing it to the 22D.3 Report. Takes work and something that will come out with the category list in a few days.

I guess you have to consider how many are already in category, or more specifically previously projected to be in category as of the last award, then do the +/- on this award, INCLUDING displacements, and compare that result to the 22D3.

But then again, I'm not 100% certain the 22D3 is the sum of projected pilots plus positions offered.

Seems very, very complicated to me to see unfilled positions from an award. And I think my cerebellum just fused, as Calvin (from Calvin and Hobbes) would say.

This is a job for...

I think four or five 2007 hires got it. March 2007 to the most junior a April 16, 2007 hire. All of the INS will be stoked that these guys bid it.

Love it! :D

Yeah I like MEM alot actually but i'm trying to get in position to get off of reserve asap and MEM is going to be senior for a long time since its such a small base. i just dont want another summer on reserve if i dont have to.

Also with the increase in loads and weight restricted RJ's my commute is becoming more and more stressful and DTW wont have that issue. XJT is running almost every flight to IAH on ER's that are full and weight restricted and Pinchanickle is always full and the jumpseat is almost non existant due to weight restrictions. I'll give DTW a shot and probably switch to MSP once i can get a block there that way i can stay in the same time zone.

FYI IAH-DTW commute is starting to suck! I am not being sarcastic:mad:

Might be a great idea to speak in hundreds, rather than hire dates...

cant be much worse than MEM is now. In the fall and spring its not to bad but my concern was another summer in mem on reserve plus the RJ commute  Everything is weight restricted and full, at least with DTW, jumpseats are usable and CAL does a bunch of flights a day also. Commuting sucks in general but hopefully i can get a line soon. We'll see

I hear ya. Not trying to put salt in the SLI wounds, but anyone can read the numbers. The hire dates are what what bring home the "wow" factor.

No disrespect meant.

Not implying any was meant.

acl65pilot 09-24-2010 10:58 AM

No disrespect here. 11006 is the most junior 765 pilot.
