Nu,
I have a question for you. If Delta were to try to buy AK, how would YOU want the SLI handled? Relative seniority by equipment types, or DOH? Being a FNWA pilot, I would guess you would want DOH, right? I would retire my screen name here, but fear not, dear fans, you'll be able to follow my exploits in the latest issue of People and see my latest fashion tips in GQ. You'll also be able to dine at one of my many "NuBurger" franchises. Nu |

If both N and S DRC members agreed, I guess they theoretically could petition for the fences to be dropped. Then the arbitrators would have to agree.

Slow, actually I don't believe an arbitrator has the authority to change or modify the award, regardless of the positions, or arguments of the DRCs. The award is final, and the award is only subject to interpretation, not modification. I believe the rationale is that the fences were an integral part of the construction of the list.

Not that I care, because fenced our not, 75% of DAL Pilots will benefit equally from any wide-body order. Any guys that think aircraft that arrive at DAL in 2020 will be fenced should put the bong/bottle or whatever down and dry out. :) Scoop |
