Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Sooooooooooooo,

With my carry/slop in for next month, looks like I'll need a 4 day and then one of the quickies out to the Hawaiian Islands. I've done HNL enough, plus we are leaving the Princess K.

So, the question is:

LIH
or
KOA

for the filler. (I've done OGG......nice but I'm in the get outta the rut mode)

Both good but I prefer KOA especially with the new hotel. Descent places to eat and imbibe are close and the weather is generally better than LIH. Golf? Definitely KOA. I can barely ever hold either one anymore though. GUA is it for me. Why can't they build a decent time trip with that thing?

Is it worse than JFK?

Do you know I never really envisioned doing an ocean crossing from New York City's John F. Kennedy airport to London Heathrow would start with me trying not to barf because someone took a dump in the bathroom next to the computer room. I don't think there is a fan in the bathroom, just the giant metal one in the printer room. It had to be awkward when you opened that door and noticed 14 people standing at the printers looking at you.
