That is traditional Delta, and something that may strike our North types as odd... it traditionally was a very much gentleman's operation where everyone kind of looked out for everyone. It was rare to hear someone say "that's not my job," or something of the sort... kind of like the north FA's aren't allowed to touch the door. Stuff like that just made me scratch my head.

Considering how much more we do above and beyond the PWA frequently makes even more of a case for better compensation and treatment in the coming negotiations.
