There should be some form of contract between the buyer and seller. What, if anything is offered, to who, should be resolved by simply reviewing the agreement. My guess is that some third party (Delta outsources everything) lower level claims adjuster has this file and is handling it without regard for the image of Delta Air Lines. Yet, they are a "Representative" of Delta Air Lines none the less. |

Not sure what we could have done better. Every disabled passenger I've observed has been provided curb to curb service.

Could have been. I was witness to a so called incident this fall. Connection carrier, disabled pax, hard stands, JFK........... Need I say more???

They made her slide down the stairs on her butt and helped her into a wheelchair when she got to the bottom. My whole crew was dismayed at the humiliation we/Delta dished out. The Captain sent a strongly worded report up through Comair channels, so I'm sure this will be fixed immediately. |

Have you not heard? - Outsourcing is good for both DAL and the DAL Pilots. Just another way our management is trying to elevate the DAL "Brand." Come to think of it, I don't think they know the definition of brand. :cool: Every time I hear our management say how they want to improve the DAL Brand (While outsourcing to 8 lowest bidder service providers) it reminds me of the Sicilian using the word "inconceivable" in the Princess Bride.
