Then after that initial hit passed I was getting wiggled on the couch very slightly for about 30 seconds.

So weird...

Can you see my light gun signals? Best thing I ever stole.

The worse part is they're all just days from possibly a CAT 4 probably 3 hurricane in that area.

Looks like JFK and EWR towers were evacuated. Glad I'm on vacation!

Imagine coming down the river visual and no tower in DCA? In the middle of the day no less? But I think everyone flew up the river to 1 today, looks like Comair landed one right after it hit.

Interesting to look at flightaware and different airports.

Wonder what the RIC and DCA crews felt?

What did you feel?

Trying to get a hold of my parents in PHF but cell phones and landlines are OTS. Out for my brother in ROA as well.

Curious to hear what they felt.

I'm here now and felt it....had just sat down at the International Pancake and Waffle house for lunch. Me and the people sitting next to me were like ***! My first earthquake. My booth was swaying one way and the table another. The telephone poles and lights were swaying also. Pretty weird feeling.
I also am having troubles with cell signal.....mainly texting.

Buddy went around in ORF for the earthquake.

They're talking about the Washington monument is tilting. Wonder if that's accurate?

They're saying JFK and EWR towers evacuated but not LGA.

6.0 quake measured by the Richmond area. Hope all are ok.

Believe it or not, it was also felt in Columbia, SC and one of the 15 story buildings is evacuating and sending everyone home!

I heard Cam was quitting the NFL - could not handle the pay cut.
