Look in the Network and Marketing section of Deltanet. The next schedule uploads are there. This is where you will probably find the equipment change.

Maybe the SEA-CDG flight should not be discussed in public yet. According to the dlnet, it is proprietary and confidential until the publish date which has not happened. I like reviewing the highlights and would hate to lose the ability.

So, Carl, what are your thoughts about Lee Seham and USAPA? As far as I can tell, USAPA has fired him and his firm. They are investigating his billing practices and have hired another firm to see if there is fraud. Seham has placed a lien on the files and now USAPA is stuck in the middle of three lawsuits with no files. I guess one of Seham's attorneys was canoodling with the USAPA Vice President and they got caught.

Overall, it seems you can add USAPA to the long list of ex-clients for Seham. He has a short list of current clients and a long list of ex-clients.

So let's review his performance.
  • Seham promises a new contract in 6 months, almost 4 years later, nothing
  • Seham spends over 10 million in legal fees with no benefits for any pilots
  • Seham has put USAPA $2 million in the hole and they are now thinking about assessing their members above ALPA dues rates to pay the bills
  • Seham has left USAPA hemmed in by multiple lawsuits with no hope of a new contract for years into the future
USAPA and Seham have undershot our compensation by over $3 billion for the last 4 years. What a successful independent union! Please, let's be like them.

Seriously, Carl, do you have any thoughts on this performance?

Wow, is this true? Does DPA still use this guy?

Doubtful since I believe it was announced by the company in some sort of medium over the last week. I never looked for the release just saw the info on here. Many times DAL will announce or release a route change well before you will see it in a upload. ORD-CDG was that way as well.

Disclaimer****
I have not checked the uploads, and or really looked at how the flights are shifting, I have just replied to the posts on here. I generally watch the EASK balance as reported to our Code Share Compliance Committee at DALPA. I do know where we are at on that, and have not seen that posted on here. What routes and who flies them goes in to that as well as gauge of aircraft.

It's more the issue that we're talking about USAPA instead of Seham. USAPA was created with a single goal in mind: stop Nicolau from being implemented no matter what.

Yep.... besides, I pulled it off of airliners.net, so it was already outside of dlnet.

Arkansas always plays LSU close.
Arkansas gave Bama 2 special team TDs plus a int for a TD. They get beat by 21 at Bama. Bad day on special teams. Just watch the day after Thanksgiving. Its at LSU but watch out.
It will be close or Arkansas by 14

Some people found it on Airliners.net

No a fan of any of our plans, but if you want the best coverage, go for one of the plans that is protected by our PWA. It will cost you, but the coverage levels are much better.

As I said a few days ago, the HRA Gold is what we have and had when our last one was born. Had the 1500 dollars for a family, which you will get bumped to when you claim the wee one as a dependent, and 1000 in the FSA. That covered all of the prenatal expenses; her test, a few extra sonograms because of my age , etc, as well as a private LandD room, and all of the post momma and baby stuff. We did an elective induction at 39 weeks as well, no C-section, and no significant postpartum care. Baby was born in the first half of the year, and this along with our normal health care expenses, we incurred extra out of pocket expenses.

The coverage and discounts are not what they once were, but we covered the birth and the remaining family health expenses at that funding and health care level.

Careful when choosing a plan though, because I'm pretty sure last I checked one or both of the PPO plans didn't cover pregnancy, which would be much much worse than the 1000 deductable plus 20 percent for the gold plan. Just read through what each one covers because I remember reading one that didn't cover pregnancy at all.

Now, when the company screams like a stuck pig, here's how you play hardball: You simply say, "you want to call the NMB or should we?

Carl

Carl, I assumed you are smart enough to know we could not operate the airline under the SWAPA contract. They are radically different operations. It would require a total rewrite. I doubt they have much in the SWAPA contract concerning 12 plus hour international operations as a example.
The next thing is that the SWAPA contract is a long way from restoration. The NMB is going to look at total block hour costs and bringing the Delta pilots up to the SWAPA block hour costs is not a big raise contrary to what you may think. The data is out there. Take a look. The last thing is you seem quite willing to throw the bottom part of the seniority list on the street to get SWA pay by also granting the work rules. I am not willing to do that under any circumstances.
