C-5B Cockpit for the overfly of Patriots-Ravens game. Jumbotron isn't big, it's large. |

But I struggle with finding good food there. Taco Bell was a fail. My favorite burrito place from years ago is gone. Suggestions from DTW... or LAX 73 guys?
National Coney Island. The sit down one on the North Side just past the "water feature". Good food, fast and cheap. They serve breakfast all day. They open at like 5am, ready to go...great for those early morning departures. With discount, the breakfast special is $6 and will fill you up. Wendy's on the B concourse. Fast, hot, friendly, and they get your order right. Paradoxically, its probably the only remaining GOOD Wendy's anywhere. The Japanese Rice Bowl Place. Next to BK in the food court (as you walk in from security). Good, well, rice bowls. Not cheap, but not expensive. The REAL Japanese restaurant on the South side, next to McDs is good, but spendy. The Chilli's is non-fail, but only if you have time to sit around. Nu |

I like the Greek Salad place at DTW.
BTW 2011 W-2s are available. |
Nu, Road, Frog, thanks! I'm tired of striking out so I'll try those... one at a time.
I really do miss the burrito place in A. That was good stuff. |
Corrections
The C-5 was, to use the proper vernacular, "wicked cool". (Awesome photo Frog!)
The burrito place was closed due to complaints from FTB's crew :) |
How about this?
My brother has been a firefighter at a very large, major refinery on the east coast for some 20 years that is officially closing this month. Management indicated that the place is for sale last year. There has been spottings of "suits" touring the place over the last several months. Several weeks ago some of the suits were sporting Delta ID badges.? At a refinery? |
