That's not my claim. I've just said you've not produced a single post that I recall expressing ANY regret for the actions of our union against pilots they represented. Instead you stated that ALPA would drag this out for years because you "guarantee" ALPA has the deeper pockets. The irony is amazing. You tout the same tactics used by corrupt management to dodge the aftermath of their mistakes.

I am glad to hear you say that you think ALPA's actions were despicable here. I've never heard you say that before.

I know that group think and being popular is important to you ALPA apologists, but it couldn't hold a lower priority to me.

Carl;
WRT to the TWA suit, I admit, I was not there when they negotiated certain things away before they were bought by AMR, and I have not read all the court case. For this reason, I cannot make statements on guilt, negligence, or what if any, the monetary settlements will be.

Where you there to know how all of that went down many years ago?

It may be just me, but unless you were part of their MEC, part of ALPA's legal team, or someone that was in the room, you(I, we) are not in a position to assign guilt.

Just my .02, and I will wait to see what the final outcome of this case is.

You don't need to worry about making statements about it. That's what judges and juries are for. They've made their statements and it is GUILTY. Now we move on to the monetary damages phase.

No I wasn't. But my opinion of guilt doesn't matter either.

You're right. That's what judges and juries are for.

Carl

You know why Johnson has not or SHOULD not apologize for ALPA's actions? Simply put, they weren't on HIS watch.
You're an American. Have you apologized to blacks for slavery? How bout to Native Americans, women, Japanese during WWII, mentally handicapped for experiments run on them? Where's your Internet forum push to cecede from the good ol U S of A????

Is the sum greater than the parts or are the parts greater than the sum?
You must awfully tall to ride such a high horse.

Don't waste your time trying.

Au contraire... Ca I flew with a couple months ago was on his third. It's always worth trying.
